Her academic background is anchored by a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and an executive Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), complemented by specialized executive training in Business Growth. ​Bruna is also certified in Mentor-Coaching from the Mentoring Coaching Institute (MCI).

Throughout her career, Bruna has played pivotal leadership roles at esteemed companies in LATAM, including Souza Cruz, TV Globo, Olympus, and Funcional Health Tech. Presently, she serves as an executive advisor and board member at Funcional Health Tech and the innovative startup, Pedbot.
